For the most part, this hotel is great. The rooms are nice, the size is nice, and the hotel overall feels upscale. I do think you overpay for what you actually get, though. The room service was nice, but make sure to ask for ketchup for potatoes, salt, and pepper...

The staff were fantastic! All the ladies were super friendly. Nick drove us around to a couple of cool places. He gave us some good information and recommendations too. The room was very nice. The restaurant was great too!

The room was spacious comfortable Mattress comfy pillows fluffy Bathroom very big only shower would of like a bath since I walk a lot Came for a conference Always hot water My view facing the street..some kind of a club /restaurant.. by 11pm Quiet (on a Sunday night) Walking distance to light district!

The hotel was just lovely! The rooms were large and very clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the drinks during happy hour and the breakfast the next day. The location was perfect for our venue. Everything was excellent!

Right when you walked into the hotel you knew you were in a clean facility. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The location wasn’t far from the Convention Center where we spent most of our time, about a 10 minute walk.

This hotel was beautiful and the location was perfect! We made a quick trip to KC for some shopping and wanted to stay in a nicer hotel...this one was a perfect choice. Gorgeous, clean, and friendly, welcoming staff. The room was great and I enjoyed spending some of the evening at the bar listening to live music. The bartenders were great, too! Very pleasant experience!
